booya baby!

so i'm starting to track my bills again by using ms money again and i couldn't be more stoked! booya! haven't really used it in years, so i've forgotten how nice it is to have. we all know how anal i can get so any organizer is a good organizer. booya!

i'm starting a new approach to my eating habits. its called "eat less, you fat bastard." do you think that people can be addicted to food? i'm sure of it, but i've never heard anyone make mention of such a disease or what it called. gluttony is the closest i can think of. granted we are physically dependent, but what about the psychological affects? for example, what about when people crave food even though they aren't hungry. anyways, happened to find a quote by gandhi who said, "one should not eat to please the palate but just to keep the body going." of course i'm not going to follow this eating nuts and berries and fasting every week like him, however i'm gonna try to keep that in the back of my head throughout each day.

for the past two days i was actually succeeding in my quest to "eat less, you fat bastard." however yesterday i lost all will power and succumbed to the temptations. reminded me of when i tried some cabbage soup diet a few years back. it lasted about 8 hours then that night i splurged on as much food as i could get my hands on. last night i just pigged out like no other and then was too full to go running. so all i can do i guess is try, try again.

finished third season of sopranos last night. the season as a whole was very good, but the finale was lacking. didn't have that big punch like the other two seasons. of course it was still amazing and i can't wait to start #4. booya!

my legal research in the library class sucks really bad. the class could be a very fun, interesting class if the teacher knew what the hell he was talking about. he is the most vague person i've ever had to listen to, he doesn't know what he wants us to ever do for assignments, he gives us way too much freaking homework each week, and he called on poor lyndsie to get in front of the class for a surprise class presentation, only to give her crap about not finding a statute for some topic. turns out as he so kindly informed us later, that there is no freaking statute. mad propz to the l-dawg for doin her thing on the fly though. i would have died if he called on me. the point is, he sucks and is probably no better than having the wicked witch of the west jill.

never really gave an update to the exam disasters of last week. constitution went good. after all was said and done, i got a 48 out of 50, which turned out being the high in the class. booya! even jessie rocked the house with a 40. booya! she's doing pretty good considering she's taking a butt load of classes, working like a mad-woman, and dealing with cold sores. booya! now with family law though, we all did terrible except for a select few. the high was an 82, which like 20 people got. sadly, none of us cool people in class were in the mix of those 20. even if he does slide the grade, which i heard he doesn't, i will barely get a 90%. not too worried yet cuz this is the same guy last semester where i got a D on the first exam, but pulled a miraculous A in the class. booya!

sleep last night was absolutely terrible. dreamt and thought about sopranos and us west/qwest all freaking night long. more to follow of course. trust me, it'll be a good one. booya!
